Terms of Service

1. The Service

Blitzship is a tool that turns a product prompt into a mobile app with onboarding, a paywall, and a retention loop wired in from the first build. The service includes generating code, previewing apps, hosting and running builds, shipping over-the-air updates, and the console and analytics we provide around them.

2. Your Account

You may need an account to use parts of the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens under your account. If someone uses your account without permission, contact us as soon as you can.

3. What You Own

Everything you build with Blitzship — your prompts, your app’s code, screens, content, and revenue structure — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your builds. You own the code and can take it wherever you like, including off the platform.

Blitzship itself, its software, brand, and documentation remain the property of Blitzship.

4. Acceptable Use

• You will not use Blitzship to build or distribute anything unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
• You will not share access, resell, or sublicense the service without permission.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the service or its underlying systems.

5. Fees and Alpha Access

Blitzship is currently in private alpha. Design exploration is included at no charge, and a paid Blitzship plan is required before any Build. The exact price, renewal period, included or metered usage, and cancellation terms must be shown before any paid signup. If those commercial facts are unavailable, paid Build access remains unavailable.

6. Third-Party Services

Blitzship relies on third-party infrastructure, including cloud hosting, authentication providers, and shorebird-style over-the-air update services. Blitzship is not responsible for the acts or failures of these providers, but works with them to keep your data and builds safe.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are building fast, and the alpha may change or break in ways we do not expect. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blitzship will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and do our best to let you know. Continued use of Blitzship after changes go into effect means you accept the updated terms.
